Jim has led Jim Kimber Construction as President for 25 years, backed by over 35 years of experience in commercial construction. As a hands-on owner, he remains actively involved with his team every day, ensuring a balanced workload that allows him to stay informed on each project’s progress and provide support when needed. His leadership has fostered a dedicated team known for their commitment to excellence and client-first approach. Jim takes great pride in cultivating a work culture where every team member steps up to deliver exceptional results while prioritizing client needs.

Bob brings 25 years of experience in the construction industry to Jim Kimber Construction Inc. With a diverse background in commercial construction, he plays a pivotal role as Project Manager, ensuring every project runs smoothly by spending the necessary time on-site. Bob serves as the primary point of contact for each project, expertly managing the budget, schedule, and subcontractors. He oversees both base building and interior renovation projects, ensuring all aspects are executed to the highest standards.

Eric Kaiser is the newest member of the management team at Jim Kimber Construction, bringing 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Starting his career as a carpenter, Eric quickly advanced to Site Superintendent, where he managed the construction of apartment buildings and commercial sites. His extensive experience includes working with concrete structures, tilt-up buildings, and traditional construction methods. Now, as a Project Manager, Eric oversees both base building and interior renovation projects, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage of construction.

Jenifer has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry working on institutional and commercial projects as an Estimator, Design Build and LEED Coordinator, and Project Manager. In the role of Operations Coordination, she will consult directly with you to address any concerns you may have.

Dave Fraser started with Jim Kimber Construction in September 2023 as a laborer. Within a short amount of time our management team saw Dave’s potential and made plans to bring him into the office. Dave has been working as a Junior estimator as well as taken on the role as Project manager of our small jobs division. He is a graduate of the business program at St. Mary’s University and has been a valuable asset to the company since his first day with us.

John Piers started with us in May of 2024 after graduating from the St. Francis Xavier School of Business. With previous work experience in landscaping, John knew that construction was a field of interest, and after graduation started his career with Jim Kimber Construction. Initially working on site, John was later brought in to work in the office as a Project Coordinator and is becoming an important part of the team.

Dillan Hartt has been working as a millworker for over a dozen years and made the decision to come to Jim Kimber Construction team in May of 2024. Since joining the team, Dillian has been able to streamline our approach to providing custom millwork items for our clients and has grown the shop to a capacity that now can support three, full-time employees.
